Complaints & abuse reporting

You can report an order or service complaint, abuse, or potentially illegal content on this website directly to Pept Research LLC. Reports are welcome from customers and members of the public.

We review and resolve complaints and abuse or illegal-content reports within 7 business days of receipt.

What to include

Use the subject “Pept complaint or abuse report” and include the details you have. Missing an order number does not prevent you from making a report.

  • A description of the complaint or the suspected abuse or illegal content.
  • The relevant page URL, product name, or order reference, if available.
  • Any supporting information, such as screenshots or correspondence.
  • An email address where we can reply and your requested resolution, if applicable.

Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive personal information.

Review and resolution

  1. Our customer service team reviews your report and the supporting information, and contacts you if clarification is needed.
  2. We investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective action. Content found to be illegal or to violate our policies is removed or restricted.
  3. We resolve the report and send a written outcome to your reply address within 7 business days of receipt, including the action taken or the reason for our decision.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If you disagree with the outcome, reply to the same email thread with your reasons or additional evidence to request a further review. The same resolution timeframe applies to further reviews.
