Waiver Agreement

By entering the website, selecting the researcher acknowledgment, placing an order, or accepting delivery of a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver Agreement with Pept Research LLC ("Pept").

Your electronic acceptance is intended to have the same force as a written signature. If you are acting for a company, laboratory, university, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You represent that you are at least 21 years old, legally capable of entering this agreement, and qualified to obtain and handle experimental research materials.

You acknowledge that Pept products are supplied only for lawful laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, veterinary use, household use, or any other clinical or personal purpose.

Research chemicals and peptides may have limited toxicology, stability, compatibility, environmental, or handling data. Known and unknown hazards may exist even where a product description, specification, or analytical result is available.

Potential risks include exposure, contamination, cross-contamination, degradation, equipment damage, fire or chemical incompatibility, environmental release, property damage, personal injury, illness, economic loss, regulatory action, and harm resulting from unauthorized access or misuse.

You voluntarily accept all known and unknown risks associated with ordering, payment, shipment, receipt, possession, storage, transport, handling, testing, transfer, disposal, and use of each product.

You accept responsibility for conducting an independent, product-specific risk assessment before purchase and again before handling. You agree that Pept has not evaluated your facilities, personnel, procedures, protocol, or legal authority.

You represent that products will be received and handled only by trained and authorized personnel in facilities suitable for the material and proposed research.

You are responsible for appropriate engineering controls, personal protective equipment, access restrictions, inventory controls, labeling, temperature management, spill procedures, exposure procedures, security, transport, and lawful disposal.

You are solely responsible for determining whether purchase, receipt, possession, transport, research, transfer, and disposal are permitted in your jurisdiction and by your institution.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, sanctions, carrier restrictions, institutional approvals, biosafety rules, environmental requirements, and waste-disposal obligations. Pept's acceptance of an order does not confirm your compliance.

You will not administer, apply, dispense, compound, prescribe, recommend, or otherwise use any product in or on a person or animal. You will not use a product for self-experimentation, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, wellness, bodybuilding, performance enhancement, cosmetic application, or veterinary purposes.

You will not sell, transfer, relabel, advertise, or represent a product for a prohibited purpose, and you will take reasonable steps to prevent access by unauthorized persons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Pept and its owners, officers, personnel, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims arising from your selection, handling, storage, research, transfer, disposal, unauthorized use, or misuse of products after delivery, except where a release is prohibited by law.

This release includes claims based on known or unknown risks and applies to conduct by you, your organization, your personnel, your customers, and any person who obtains access through you.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pept and its representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, and reasonable costs resulting from your breach of this agreement, unlawful conduct, false representation, improper storage or handling, unauthorized transfer, or misuse of a product.

This obligation does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot lawfully be indemnified.

You confirm that you are not relying on website content, customer-service communications, product imagery, research summaries, or third-party publications as medical advice, a safety guarantee, a statement of regulatory approval, or a substitute for independent professional review.

You remain solely responsible for selecting materials and determining whether they are suitable for your lawful research.

You are responsible for ensuring that every employee, contractor, collaborator, recipient, or other person who may access a product is qualified, informed of its restrictions, and subject to controls consistent with this agreement.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Pept may revise this agreement by posting an updated version and effective date. Questions may be submitted through the contact page.
