Waiver Agreement

You acknowledge that Pept products are experimental research materials supplied only for lawful laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or any household use.

Research chemicals and peptides may involve known and unknown hazards. You voluntarily accept all risks associated with possession, storage, transport, handling, research, disposal, and misuse of the products, including risks of personal injury, property damage, contamination, and economic loss.

You are solely responsible for conducting an independent risk assessment before ordering or handling any product.

You represent that you have appropriate training, facilities, procedures, protective equipment, and authority to handle the products safely. You will review product documentation and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and environmental or disposal rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Pept and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from handling, storage, research, unauthorized use, or misuse of products after delivery, except where a release is prohibited by law.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pept and its representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from your breach of this agreement, unlawful conduct, improper handling, or misuse of a product.

By purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Waiver Agreement. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
