An order confirmation is an acknowledgment, not acceptance. Pept may limit quantities or refuse or cancel an order for compliance concerns, suspected misuse, fraud risk, pricing or inventory error, or any other lawful reason. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be returned according to the payment provider's timing.

The Pept name, logos, packaging, photography, site design, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Pept and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal access to the site does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Pept does not guarantee uninterrupted site access, research outcomes, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with a research protocol.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pept will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Pept's aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Pept may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
