Shipping Policy
This policy describes how Pept processes and ships eligible research-use orders and how customers should report delivery issues.

Order processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time are scheduled to ship the same day after payment is confirmed and any required order review is complete. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the next available shipping day. Carrier closures, weekends, holidays, verification needs, inventory issues, or events outside Pept's control may affect fulfillment timing.
Pept may hold, cancel, or request additional information for an order when necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, address verification, or inventory control.

Methods, rates, and destinations
Standard carrier rates apply to merchandise subtotals below $250. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available carriers, delivery methods, final charges, and eligible destinations are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after a carrier accepts the package and do not include order review or processing time.
Customers are responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, and delivery are lawful at the destination.

Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Carrier scans and delivery dates are estimates, and delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or events outside Pept's control may occur.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for arranging prompt receipt of temperature-sensitive shipments.

Storage after delivery
Follow the storage statement on the product label and accompanying documentation as soon as the shipment is received. Cold-storage language does not mean every shipment is transported under active refrigeration.
Pept is not responsible for degradation caused by delayed collection, unattended delivery, improper storage after delivery, or handling inconsistent with product documentation.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
Contact Pept promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem or if an order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect. Keep the packaging, product, shipping label, and temperature materials until the claim is resolved.
Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund under the Refund and Returns Policy.
