Refund and Returns Policy
Because research materials require controlled storage and chain-of-custody care, returns are limited. Pept will review documented product and delivery problems fairly.

General return rule
Unless required by law or approved under this policy, all sales are final. Pept cannot accept products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, altered, improperly stored, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
A change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction based on a research outcome does not qualify for a return or refund.

Eligible claims
Contact Pept as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days after delivery if an item is incorrect, missing, visibly damaged, leaking, or otherwise appears compromised in transit.
Do not discard the product or packaging while a claim is under review.
- Order number and contact information
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage
- A short description of the issue and when it was discovered
- Any relevant carrier or tracking information

Review and remedies
Pept may request additional information or return authorization before resolving a claim. Sending a product back without authorization does not guarantee reimbursement.
For an approved claim, Pept may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear.

Lost or misdelivered packages
If carrier tracking does not resolve a lost-package issue, contact Pept so a carrier inquiry can be opened. Orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, refused packages, and packages not collected after delivery attempts may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Pept will evaluate verified carrier errors under the Shipping Policy.

Chargebacks and contact
Please contact Pept before initiating a payment dispute so the order can be reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in cancellation of current or future orders.
Submit questions or claims through the Pept contact page and include the order number. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
